New Onesie!

8 months old!

This post is a little late but Marley has turned 8 months old! She continues to be the best baby and is learning new things daily. At 8 months Marley can :

• play patty cake or clap (which I love)
• she is rolling all over the place from front to back and back to front
• she has one tooth and working on several more
• she has become a major mama's girl!
• she will hold her arms out for Kris and I
• she continues to be a good sleeper but due to the teething issue i do get up with her a few times a night
• she loves to be outside and likes to take walks or swing
• she loves to eat and loves any fruit
• she loves music and loves the theme to "The Office"
• she also shakes her head no for fun
• she has learned that if she screams, she get's whatever she wants (uh-oh)

This last weekend we went to Kansas City, we did some shopping on Saturday then stayed at a hotel. Marley got to experience her first time in a swimming pool and she loved it. Then Sunday we went to the Royal's game with my sister Brenda and her husband David and children Jenna and Jarrett and Kris' brother Ryan and his wife Krissy. We had fun but it was hot, we had to come up with creative ways to keep Marley cool, needless to say we did not stay for the whole game.

Marley continues to be such a joy in our lives, she has been with us for 2 1/2 months and we have loved every minute of it! I am amazed every day how very blessed we have been to have her as our daughter. We look forward to a fun summer and making wonderful memories!

Jim & Dixie found out they passed court today and will be traveling very soon to pick up their little one.  We had the honor of meeting Nyah while we were in Ethiopia in March.  She is such a doll!  You can check out the Davis' family blog by clicking HERE.  Congrats guys!!!

Da-Da-Da...

"Da-Da" is Marley's favorite phrase and "Ma-Ma" is in a serious state of denial !  Sorry Staci, I couldn't resist posting this one :)   ---Your loving husband, Kris
